The Bosch PVS811B16E combines premium performance with an elegant, modern build. Induction heating is fast, responsive, and energy-efficient. The integrated extractor performs well for both everyday and intensive cooking thanks to its booster mode.
Installation is fairly involved due to the size, venting requirements, and niche dimensions, but the build quality, accessories (e.g. Slider & odor filter), and safety features are all robust. The noise under heavy ventilation is noticeable, but acceptable for what it offers.
